SERVES: 8 PREPARATION TIME: 10 minutes CHILL TIME: 1 hour
Ingredients:
1/2 cup light sour cream
1/2 cup light mayonnaise
1 250g package of light cream cheese (softened)
2 shallots finely chopped green onions
1/2 cup chunky salsa (about 1/2 a jar, medium)
1 cup cheddar cheese, finely shredded (more to taste)
Directions:1.Mix sour cream, mayonnaise and cream cheese together well using a mixer. Add as bottom layer of dish.
2.Add in salsa and green onion pieces as a second layer.
3.Top off last layer with grated cheddar cheese.
4.Chill well in fridge for one hour or overnight as needed.
5.Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy! Great Party Food!
